Where do you deliver?

 

  • We deliver to anywhere in Mainland Singapore & Sentosa with the exception of the following areas:

    Areas Remarks
    Orchard Only residences. We do not deliver to malls, offices and hotels.
    Somerset & Dhoby Ghaut Only residences. We do not deliver to malls, offices and hotels.
    City Hall & Raffles Blvd Area Only residences. We do not deliver to malls, offices and hotels.

    Bugis Only residences. We do not deliver to malls, offices and hotels.
    Clarke Quay Only residences. We do not deliver to malls, offices and hotels.

    Tanjong Pagar Only residences. We do not deliver to malls, offices and hotels.


    Apartments within malls with no free parking for visitors will be charged $7.

  • Please call at 6219 7927, we are opened Mondays to Saturdays 9AM to 5PM (or until our last order has been sent out with no issues), we will be glad to assist you.

What are the available delivery slots?

 



What happens when I want to exchange goods?

 

  • We highly recommend our customers to check the goods upon arrival and inform our deliveryman if there are any issues (e.g mistakes or unsatisfactory quality of goods). They will then advise you accordingly.

 

I have submitted my order but I decided to change my mind, what can i do?

 

  • After paying, we are still able to change your goods for you as long as they are of equal or less value (the remainder will be credited). Please call us at 62197927 for help.



 

What is the minimum order for free delivery?

 

  • The usual minimum order for free deliver is $80 however, we are currently running a promotion that gives our customer free deliver when the order above $50. 



When should I order?

 

  • We recommend our customers to order at least 2 hours before their desired delivery time for us to prepare your groceries, last order for the day taken at 2:30pm. If you're unsure, you can call us at 6219 7927 to find out when you can get your groceries.

 

What happens if I’m not at home when you make a delivery?

 

  • We urge our customers to call ahead of time to avoid extra charges. If you are not at home, we can leave your groceries at your doorsteps. However, if your groceries contain items that will spoil if we leave it out in the open such as ice cream; we will need to reschedule. This may incur extra costs. If the customers insist on us leaving the items outside, Kenny Grocery will not be responsible for any item damage. (melted frozen items) 

  • We can leave your groceries with the front desk of your serviced apartment / condo upon request and after the customer has informed the front desk. 

 

Delivery Notes:

 

If you need assistance in carrying the heavy goods, simply request it to our friendly delivery men and they will bring it into your kitchen for you. For the safety of both our staff and yourself, we ask that you only request this when necessary.

  • Sometimes our products may come from a different region belonging to the same manufacturers, however we assure you that it is 100% original goods.

 

Fruits, Vegetables & Fresh Products

 

I ordered 2 packets of Vegetable/ Fruit why did I only receive 1?

 

    • At time we will consolidate them and put them in 1 big bag to reduce plastic usage. If you prefer to have them seperated. Do let us know in the order comments.

 

I ordered a whole Vegetable / Fruit, why was it cut? 

 

    • Sometimes the individual Vegetable / Fruit is too large as compared to the weight reflected on the webpage; we will slice the Vegetable / Fruit accordingly. Rest assured you will receive the quantity promised. 

 

When does the fresh produce spoil?

 

    • To help guide our customers on when to consume their fresh produce by, we have added a guaranteed freshness on our fresh produce. Click here to see an example.

    • We highly encourage our customers to consume their fresh produce within the adviced dates. 

    • To serve as a rough guide, we highly recommend our customers to consume their fresh produce within 2 days of purchase. Also to make use of our same day delivery, and get groceries you need for the next 2 days or so to always get the freshest produce.

 

    • *we may not be able to guarantee freshness of our produce past our adviced days.

 

Delivery of products

 

  • We ensure that our products will arrive in good condition and as fresh as possible. We store and deliver our products with government set standards.

 

  • At Kenny Grocery we like to be as eco friendly as possible and we like re-use boxes for deliveries. We ask that our customers return the boxes so we can continue using them instead of having to get non biodegradable containers.



What happens when the product I ordered is out of stock?

 

  • We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We always do our best to ensure that our stock levels are reflected online to make the shopping experience seamless. In any case of a product being out of stock, we will contact you to either give you credits for the products or exchange for a similar product with equal or less than the original value, the remainder, should there be any, will be credited back to you.


Return Policy

 

  • In order for us to be able to process a return, we will need to receive the goods back. If a product is not received we will not be able to do an exchange. In rare cases where fresh produce are not good, we ask that the customers at least send us a picture or if possible keep the product and we will bring new ones to exchange the next delivery day.

 

Refund / Cancellation Policy

 

  • We at Kenny Grocery do our best to serve our customers and bring convenience to their lives. In a case where we are unable to fulfil an order due to our inability to do so, the customer is allowed to request for a cancellation of the order at no additional cost.
  • If the customer requests a refund for an order not due to a fault by Kenny Grocery, a transaction charge of 5% charge of the total amount paid will be incurred. 
  • The customer can choose a full store credit refund if they'd like to cancel an order, there will be no transaction charge incurred for this.

 

Sales of Alcohol

 

  • Any orders that have alcohol included are to be received by persons aged 18 and above.

 

  • We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify the age of the recipent is of legal age with accordance to the law.

 

Why don’t you sell cigarettes?

 

  • The sale of cigarettes online is prohibited by law.
